Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and On Sale Alerts ("we", "us"), the service at onsalealerts.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use On Sale Alerts.

What On Sale Alerts does

You choose retailer pages to watch. On a schedule you set, we load those pages, find the products on them, and alert you by email or Telegram when a product matches your discount and filters.

Prices, discounts and stock come from the retailer's page. They can be wrong, change at any time, or differ at checkout. We don't sell anything, we aren't affiliated with the retailers you track, and we can't promise that every deal is caught or that an alert arrives before a product sells out. Always check the retailer's site before you buy.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use On Sale Alerts.
• Give us an email address you control, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Alerts go only to destinations you add yourself. Only add email addresses and Telegram chats that are yours or that you have permission to message.

Credits and plans

• Checking pages uses credits: 1 credit for each page loaded, half a credit for each back-in-stock check, and 0.1 credits when a quick check shows the page hasn't changed. Sending alerts doesn't use credits.
• If a check can't load the page, the credits for that check are returned automatically.
• New accounts get 50 free credits once. Paid plans renew monthly and add their credits at each renewal. Top-ups add credits once.
• Unused credits stay on your account while it's open. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• When your balance runs out, your trackers stop checking pages until you add credits. We email you when your credits run low and again when they run out.
• Each plan has limits on the number of trackers, how often they check and how many pages they load. Current prices and limits are on our pricing page.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. If we change a subscription's price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use On Sale Alerts to break the law, to watch pages you aren't allowed to access, to message people who haven't agreed to it, to get into other people's accounts, or to disrupt the service. We may limit, pause or remove trackers that harm the service or the sites they check.

Changes and availability

We work to keep checks running on schedule, but checks can be delayed or missed, for example during maintenance or when a retailer blocks or changes its page. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering the service entirely, we'll give you notice and refund any unused credits you paid for.

Ending your account

You can stop using On Sale Alerts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account for breaking these terms, unused credits are lost.

Disclaimers

On Sale Alerts is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and that the prices it reports are accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for missed deals, purchases you make or don't make, or lost savings. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and we'll email you about significant changes before they apply. If you keep using On Sale Alerts after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
